A Note from the Principal

Good morning!

Our school counselor, Ms. Farrohi, helps promote the academic development of our students by offering support through various interventions including individual and group counseling, social-emotional learning classroom lessons, and parent workshops. If you would like for your child to participate in individual counseling sessions, please sign the attached consent form and return in person to the front office or email a scanned copy to [email protected]. You can also find paper copies of the forms in the front office. Please note that students who participated in school counseling last school year will need to turn in a new consent form for the new school year if they are interested in continuing. Reminders from Last Week:
After the parent meeting, we will host our first Virtus class of the year from 6:30-8:30pm. If you are interested in volunteering at all (on campus or for field trips) you must be Virtus certified. Virtus classes are valid for 4 years. We offer 3 leveled Armenian language classes after school throughout the week.
Day(s): varies
Time: 3-4pm Mon-Thurs and 12:45-2:45 Fridays

The tentative dates for the Fall 2024 session are the following:

Day(s): Wednesday
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Dates: 09/11, 09/18, 09/25, 10/02, 10/09, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/06, 11/13 (Total: 10 Classes)

Price: $210.00 for the entire session ($21.00/student x 10 classes)
Minimum/Maximum number of students required to run session: 10 min/14 max
Registration managed through the Chess Wizards website.
Note: We are now open to kindergartners and first-time chess players (Gr. K-5)

A Note from the Principal

Good morning!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for following the new protocols for drop off and pick up! Just a reminder to drive slowly whenever you are on campus and to hold hands while walking through the parking lot. Also, there should be NO left turns out of the church parking lot onto Victory Blvd. at any time.

A Note from the Principal

Good morning & happy back to school week!

Today is the feast day of our own St. Jane Frances de Chantal. Jane Frances was wife, mother, nun, and founder of a religious community. After her husband died, she looked to the church for meaning. She is the patron saint of Mothers, Wives and Widows. May St. Jane Frances guide us this year and continue to intercede for us. St. Jane Frances, pray for us.

There are changes to our drop off & pick up policies

I hope you are all as excited as we are to get this school year off to a good start! This is my weekly newsletter and it is full of important information. Please take time to read it weekly (it is emailed, texted, and posted on our website and schoolspeak). I also send out a short "Wednesday Reminder" email every week. Additionally, you should receive a weekly email from your teachers to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Thank you to everyone who came to Back to School Night. It was such a great turn out!

Snack sales for grades 2-8 will be available starting on Wednesday.
After school care will be available Wednesday until 6pm- just let your teacher know. After school pick up is from the ramp into the gym accessible through the church parking lot.
