View this email in your browser A Note from the Principals Good afternoon, The remainder of the week is 12:30 dismissal to give plenty of time for you to meet with your child's teacher. They will give you an update on your child's progress so far this year. We hope you can make time to meet!  We are adopting 3 families in need this Christmas through the Archdiocese's "Adopt a Family" Program. These are families that have shown a great need of help. We hope everyone can help in one way or another. Please be sure to label your donations with the code for each family (see signup for codes). Friday after mass will be student of the month and honor roll. Please join us! On Friday, the school and event committee will be hosting a school-wide Thanksgiving lunch for the students. Ms. Ali will be cooking chicken nuggets for everyone- please let your teacher know if your child will be absent or if you would not like them to participate. Thank you! Reminders from last week: Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 18-20th. ALL OTHERS OUTFIT IN WHITE, RED, OR GREEN (1950'S THEMED if possible) *4TH-7TH ~ CHRISTMAS FORMAL (no jeans) *8TH ~ LOOK 1: PLAIN WHITE TEES AND JEANS     LOOK 2: FESTIVE CHRISTMAS (CHRISTMAS SWEATERS AND JEANS) Staggered Pickup:  Due to multiple emergency situations that have happened during pickup this year, we will be starting a staggered pickup schedule as of Monday, December 1, 2026.  It is the responsibility of parents to inform anyone picking up their children about this new procedure.  NO families will be allowed to enter through the Hamlin entrance unless they are a neighborhood family within walking distance to the school.  There will be additional communication to come.
