View this email in your browser A Note from the Principals Dear Parents, Over the next several weeks, I’ll be sharing insights from The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt — a book that’s sparking important conversations about how today’s technology-driven childhood affects our children’s mental health, friendships, and faith formation. Our goal is simple: to help families rediscover what kids really need to thrive — connection, courage, faith, and freedom. Each week, you’ll find a short blurb in this newsletter with a practical “try this” tip to support healthy growth at home. We can’t turn back time, but we can move forward with wisdom — helping our children find peace and purpose in a noisy world. Many bigger problems can be prevented by checking what they are doing online and texting to their friends. I recommend a monitoring app. I use Bark (bark.us) for my family.
