Good evening parents and guardians. This is Mrs. Benson with a special announcement regarding carnival. All carnival sign-up sheets will be placed on a table outside of the Faculty Room beginning tomorrow morning. We have many shifts still left open and we need your help! If you have not signed up for your four hours please do so as soon as possible so you are not charged. If we have empty food booths we cannot increase our profits! If you would like to work extra hours, please sign up anywhere you see highlighted. The Armenian Food Booth is also available for sign up. Please note that you may not change your hours. You must work what you signed up for. We will be posting the hours online within the next week so you can see where and when you are working if you have misplaced that information. Please do not cross out or white out names to put your name down. Anyone doing so will be charged the full price of their carnival hours due to the inconvenience this causes for others. Thank you for your cooperation. Remember carnival is just under two weeks away! Carnival dates are March 24 to March 26. This is our biggest fundraiser and helps us to keep tuition down. We want you and your child back next year!!! Please remember that we are offering a $50 reduction in registration fees to any family who recommends a new family who registers and pays with us. The limit is 2 recommendations which means you could receive up to $100 off of your registration for next year!

I also have a few safety reminders. Please slowdown in the parking lots and do not talk on your cell phones! We want to keep everyone safe. Please remember there is no pick up or drop off on Hamlin Street, whether I am there or not. Please respect our policies and respect any school representative who is enforcing the policies. It sets a very bad example for your children if the adults in our community are not following school policy.
Thank you, have a great week, and God bless!
