Good evening parents and guardians, this is Mrs. Benson with what will be your final school blast for the 2016-17 school year. This time I really mean it.
I inadvertently gave the wrong date for the first day of school in last Sunday’s evening blast. Please note the first day of school for the 2017-18 school year will be Tuesday, August 22. This will be a minimum day with all other days that week being full days.
Pre-K will celebrate their graduation tomorrow, Thursday, June 22 at 9 a.m. in the gym. All Pre-K students must be in the Pre-K classroom by 8:30 a.m. Please note that if your Pre-K student has a sibling in our school, they may attend the graduation ceremony only. Immediately following the graduation ceremony siblings are to return to class. All siblings are expected to be in their school uniform.
Friday, June 23 will be our last day of school for the 2016-17 school year. We will attend Mass at 8 a.m. and our End of the Year Awards Ceremony will take place immediately following Mass. This will be a minimum day with no day care provided. Please make sure you have made arrangements to pick up your child by 12:40 p.m. Thank you!
All accounts for the 2016-17 school year must be paid in full by Friday, June 30. This includes paying for volunteer hours not served. Those families who have not taken care of their account jeopardize their student’s enrollment next year. The school office will be open June 26 to June 30 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The school office will also be open July 3 and July 5 to July 7 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The school office will be closed Tuesday, July 4 in honor of our nation’s birthday, the Fourth of July.
I wish you all a fun filled and safe summer!
Thank you, have a great rest of the week, and God bless.

Please make sure to send a set of dry clothes and shoes for your child to change in to after Water Wars. Hot dog lunches will be served to each class on their day. Hot dog lunches had to be pre-ordered.
We will have a special meeting on Monday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the seventh grade regarding the Washington D.C. trip for next year’s seventh and eighth graders. It is imperative that both parent and student attend the meeting if you plan on going on the trip.
Friday, June 23 will be the last day of school. We will have Mass at 8 a.m. followed by our End of the Year Awards Ceremony. Dismissal will be at 12:40 p.m. There will be no after school care on Friday, June 23. Please make arrangements to pick up your child at 12:40 p.m. on Friday.
Our first day of school for the 2017-18 School Year will be Tuesday, August 23.
It is imperative that all accounts be cleared before June 30. Anyone owing a balance who has not discussed their situation with Mrs. Benson, risks having their child removed from the school. All students attending next year must be registered by June 30. The school office will be open limited hours Monday, June 26 to Friday, June 30 to accept payments. Again, it is imperative that all balances be cleared by June 30.
Thank you, have a great week, and God bless.
