A Note from the Principal

Happy Easter! Jesus has risen and the world is a beautiful place. Easter season will last all the way until Pentecost Sunday (June 5th this year). We are excited to announce our first-ever art fundraiser night! April 29th from 5:30-7:30pm. Mrs. Holcomb has planned a fun family night for all of our SJF families and anyone else who would like to come. Please see the flyer below and RSVP by tomorrow to ALSO receive 1 service hour :)

We would like to invite all of our parents to celebrate Fr. Antonio's 70th birthday with dinner, dancing, and drinks on May 7th. Tickets are $15.

Service hours: There are many upcoming opportunities for service hours but the year IS coming to an end. On Schoolspeak we have a "Service Hours Signup" or "School Wishlist" if you'd like to complete service hours through donations. We will also need:
-Volunteers for Friday evening- email Mrs. Holcomb at [email protected]
-To borrow a movable dance floor on May 7th (All hours will be completed)
-A book fair coordinator- will be responsible for setup and breakdown of the fair as well as coordinating volunteers during the week. (All hours will be completed)
-Someone to paint the pillar of the gym (All hours will be completed)
-Construct a train play yard toy that is rather large for kindergarten (All hours will be completed)
Please see Mrs. Castro if you are interested in volunteering for the above opportunities OR if you have any questions about your hours. Any incomplete hours after May 20 will be billed in June.

REMINDERS::
-Dodger Fundraiser: you purchase the tickets from our Dodger website, our school will receive a donation from the team! There are also student prizes available too. See the flyer below and our personalized site: https://fevo.me/stjanefrancesdechantal

-Summer camp will be held here on our school campus from June 13 to July 29 from 7:30am to 6pm. You can register HERE and receive discounted registration by using code FLY75. (See the flyer below)
-Dance Class: Free every Thursday from 3-4pm.

-Soccer club (on Fridays after school) will continue in April. If you are interested in signing up, please email Nico at [email protected]

A Note from the Principal

Holy Week is upon us. The last week of Lent that prepares us for Jesus' coming.

Living Stations of the Cross is on Thursday at 9:30am sponsored by the 8th grade. Please join us in the church.

There will be 12:30 dismissal on Thursday (After school care is available until 6pm) and no school on Good Friday. School will resume on Monday, April 25.

A Note from the Principal

Its DODGER SEASON!!! We are excited for baseball to start-finally AND for our new partnership with the Dodgers! If you are going to a game this year & you purchase the tickets from our Dodger website, our school will recieve a donation from the team! There are also student prizes available too. We are excited for Easter and our teachers have planned an Easter Hat Parade! Please join the fun and decorate an Easter-themed had to wear during our parade Thursday morning. (See attached Flyer). May the upcoming Easter season fill us all with renewal and Joy.

Our art to remember fundraiser ended on Friday. If you have any orders, please bring them in today. If you have any questions about it, please email Mrs. Holcomb at [email protected]

Uniform reminder: Students should be in full school uniform every day. Uniform sweaters should be the only ones worn on campus. Uniform bottoms are skirts, PE sweats with the SJF logo, or navy blue uniform pants- not leggings or stretchy pants.

Stations of the Cross is on Thursday at 9:30am sponsored by the 5th grade. Please join us in the church.

We want to send warm birthday wishes to Ms. A. Redden- 3rd grade (Today) and Ms. D- 1st grade (Wednesday). May they be blessed with health and happiness.
