A Note from the Principals

Happy Easter!
Our students did a beautiful assembly for Armenian Genocide Remembrance day this morning. Check out our Facebook for the videos! Thank you to Mrs. Serobyan for coordinating it!

I would like to share with you that Mrs. Richardson, our TK teacher, will be having major surgery next week. Tuesday will be her last day on campus until after the surgery. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. We will be welcoming back Ms. Nerkins- now Mrs. Zivari, as the TK substitute for the next few weeks.

2022-23 Yearbooks are now on sale! If you preorder this week, you have the option to customize a few pages at the end of your yearbook! Preorders will be over on Monday, May 1- order yours today!

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.We are working to get all of our parents trained to identify and advocate for all students through Virtus training to keep all of our students safe at school. A Note from the Principals

Happy Easter!
We hope you all had a great Easter break. The teachers and I had a great retreat yesterday with Fr. Antonio. We are SO excited to have all of our students back today.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. We do a lot to train our teachers, parents, and students to prevent child abuse. All of our teachers are mandatory abuse reporters and work daily to identify and prevent situations that could threaten child safety. We empower students to stand up for themselves and identify trusted adults. We are working to get all of our parents trained to identify and advocate for all students through Virtus training. We have been seeing some students bring in energy drinks such as "Prime." These are not allowed at school. Please do not let your children bring them.

Progress reports will be going out on Friday. Please be sure to check on your student's progress as this is the final stretch of the school year.

We'd like to congratulate Mr. Ventura this week as he will be getting married on Saturday!

Every saint has a story & St. Benedict Joseph Labre became a pilgrim, traveling from one great shrine to another, living off alms. He wore the rags of a beggar and shared his food with the poor.

A Note from the Principals

Happy Monday SJF Families!

Wishing you all a blessed and prayerful Holy Week. This is the week we remember Jesus' path to the Cross. Please join us on Thursday at 9:30am in the church for 8th grade's presentation of the Living Stations of the Cross.

We will have 12:30 dismissal this Thursday and no school on Friday. School will resume on TUESDAY, April 18.

TaeKwonDo class is cancelled for today (4/3).

Dance class on Thursday will be from 12:45-1:45pm. Please pack a small lunch.

On Wednesday, April 5th we will have our traditional Easter Hat Parade! Students will make a fun Easter Hat at home and bring it in on the 5th to show off in a fun parade right after morning assembly. The hats can be any shape, color, or size. Let your imagination go wild! If you need some inspiration just google- "Easter Hat Parade."

Happy Birthday to Ms. Redden (Tuesday) and Mrs. Bennett (Thursday) who have birthdays this week & Ms. Reagan whose birthday is over break.
