Dear St. Jane Frances de Chantal School Community,
Happy 2nd week of school and feast day of St. Monica! St Monica prayed diligently for her son, St. Augustine. May we continue to pray for our children as they grow in faith and knowledge. Thank you to all of you that made it to Back to School Night. We touched upon our school goals of the year: faith (catechetical formation) and excellence/academics (continuing to strengthen instruction school-wide). I hope that you enjoyed getting to know your child's teacher in order to support them in their school success. A few reminders:

Welcome to the 2017-2018 new school year! My name is Mrs. Bev Reyes, and I am delighted to be your new school principal. I have spent over a decade in Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, specifically in the San Fernando Valley. Previously, I served as a junior high teacher and leadership team member at St. Finbar in Burbank and taught in various capacities at St. Patrick in North Hollywood. One of my heart’s joys is to learn - so much so that I have received a Master of Arts for Elementary Education at Loyola Marymount University and graduated this summer with a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership through the University of Notre Dame’s Remick Leadership Program. To get our year started off right, here are a few reminders:
