"Some people feel the rain. Others just get wet." -Bob Marley
I hope that you took some time to feel the rain this weekend! The mountains are so beautiful & green. It is during this time of year that I am reminded how much I love living in Southern CA & how good our God is!
Please be on the look out this week for financial assistance applications for the 2019-2020 school year. If you require tuition assistance YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CATHOLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION (CEF) APPLICATION BY THE DEADLINE ON THE PAPERWORK. If the CEF application is not completed, you will NOT be eligible for financial aid in the new school year. Please let me know if you have any questions or need help filling out the paperwork. I would be more than happy to sit down with you!
THANK YOU to everyone who has referred a friend to our school. In the last 2 weeks I have spoken to 8 families who want to come to SJF because one of our current families has referred them! Remember- If you refer a family & they enroll, you will both receive $100 off of tuition!
We are beginning to plan for our May carnival! Please see the attached info sheet for an overview of carnival procedures. In the month of February we will be collecting the $50 food donation per family. This counts as one of your carnival hours! Please pay the $50 in cash or check to your oldest child's teacher. They will have an envelope with a sign off sheet on it starting on Tuesday (2/5) morning.
Re-registration is officially open for the 2019-2020 school year. You should've received an email from Tads.com with a link to re-register. If you haven't please let me know. If you have and would like assistance registering please come see me. I would LOVE to help you. It only takes about 5 minutes!
Please re-register as soon as possible so we can begin planning for the new school year. THANK YOU!
Also, we want to wish Ms. Moskal a very happy birthday (Sat. 2/9) with prayers and good wishes as she continues to do God's work here at our school!

Mrs. Giron says: This is important so our children know there is accountability for the things they do and say online- this also goes for online gaming on their Playstation, xBox and hand-held devices.
