View this email in your browser A Note from the Principal Christmas is in the air and we are preparing for all of the festivities of next week. There will be a special Santa's Village going on next week. The all-access pass is $30 per family to participate in crafts, free dress, and holiday activities from recess to lunch Monday-Wednesday next week. There will also be the traditional Christmas shopping available for all other students that week. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up on Schoolspeak.com Yesterday was the second Sunday of Advent. It is a time of joy and preparation in the church. Please join us next Monday at morning assembly for an Advent prayer service. If your child is in grades 2-8 and is interested in receiving their first communion this year (even if they are not baptized), please let me know before Christmas break.  Reminder: Mrs. Holcomb has requested parent volunteers to help her set up and prep art materials. If you are interested, please email her at MHolcomb@StJaneFrancesSchool.org. The hours available would be any time Monday-Wednesday. We'd like to wish Ms. Vargas (12/10) and Mrs. Goff (12/13) a very happy birthday. May they continue to do God's work here at St. Jane Frances for years to come! With love, Mrs. Giron $0.50 for Socks!  The kindness club is collecting donations from grades TK-3rd to purchase socks for the nursing home across the street. That's all they want for Christmas, so please send in your donation ASAP.
